This Privacy Notice explains how Karaaslan Services ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use Listing Genie (the "Service"). Karaaslan Services is the data controller for the personal data processed through the Service.

- Account data: name, email address, and authentication identifiers (e.g. Google sign-in).
- Content you submit: product photos and any details you provide for listing generation.
- Usage data: generated listings, monthly usage counts, timestamps, and feature interactions.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and log data used for security and reliability.
- Support data: messages you send to us.
2. How we use your data
- To create and maintain your account and deliver the Service.
- To generate listings using AI from the images and inputs you provide.
- To measure usage against plan limits and to bill for paid plans.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve product quality.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases
We process personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract (providing the Service), our legitimate interests (security, product improvement, fraud prevention), consent (where required, e.g. optional communications), and legal obligations.
4. Sharing your data
We share personal data with:
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for checkout, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds. See Paddle's Privacy Notice.
- Service providers/subprocessors for hosting, database, authentication, AI inference, analytics, and email delivery.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
- Authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.
5. International transfers
Our subprocessors may process data outside your country of residence. Where applicable law requires, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
6. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.
