Karaaslan Services offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Listing Genie subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds for Listing Genie are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact us through the support channel in your account and we will help route your request to Paddle.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement. For details on Paddle's handling of refunds, see the Paddle Refund Policy.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; requests to refund an already-billed period follow the 30-day guarantee above.
